Velco is the founder of Dargentic, an IP and intelligence house delivering future focussed strategic intelligence on BCI, AI, neurotech and enterprise developments to executives and investors. Dargentic publishes the Dargentic Intelligence Report twice a year, and InsideBCI, a daily news publication on brain-computer interfaces that is indexed in Google News. Dargentic takes no funding from the companies it covers. Issue 01 of the report, published in April 2026, is a 29-page assessment of the first regulatory approval of a brain-computer interface for commercial sale, in China in March 2026. One of its findings is that BCI is becoming a platform, not a product.
